Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier’s website. If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact us at support@zustify.shop. 

To track your order:

  1. Visit the carrier’s website.
  2. Enter the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
  3. Follow the instructions to see the current status and estimated delivery date of your package.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs processing for international orders.

Shipping Restrictions

Lost or Stolen Packages

Zustify is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided for an order. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Steps to File a Claim:

  1. Visit the carrier’s website.
  2. Locate the claims section.
  3. Follow the instructions to file a claim for a lost or stolen package.
  4. Provide all necessary information, including your tracking number and order details.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@zustify.shop or +91 7984977312. Provide your order number and a description of the issue, along with photos if possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.


Steps to Report Damaged Items

  1. Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the damaged item.
  2. Provide your order number and detailed description of the damage.
  3. Attach photos of the damaged item.
  4. Our team will review your case and provide instructions for returning the item or receiving a replacement.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@zustify.shop. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

Steps to Request an Address Change:
